- 0.5 oz. Ginger Syrup
- Top with Korbel Brut

Lady Trudy is a fun and bubbly take on a French 75 where grapefruit and honey round out vanilla-forward Old Forester Bourbon.
Shake first 3 ingredients with ice. Double strain into flute or champagne coupe. Top with Korbel Brut. Garnish with lemon or grapefruit peel.
